01. Acceptance

By accessing Vyana Core, you agree to these institutional terms. This platform is engineered for professional asset management and credit risk mitigation only.

02. License

Vyana Core grants a non-exclusive license to use our MDM agent. Any attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass security layers is a material breach.

03. Anti-Tampering

Manual clock modification, disabling background services, or unauthorized factory resets trigger Immediate Device Isolation protocol.

Institutional Liability

Vyana Core remains indemnified against data loss resulting from unauthorized third-party tampering or OS-level isolation attempts.

04. Service SLA

Operational uptime target is 99.9%. Maintenance windows are communicated 24h in advance via the central node.

Hardware Notice: Operation is dependent on Android Management API. Kernel updates by manufacturers are outside our liability scope.

05. Billing & Subs

Subscription failure results in service suspension. Active devices will lock in their last state until the account is settled.
